Peanut Butter Snacks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Directions

    1. Combine peanut butter, honey, wheat germ, and dry milk; mix well. 
    2. Stir in raisins. 
    3. Shape into balls; roll in coconut, coating well. 
    4. Store covered in refrigerator. 

     Makes 15 snacks.
